Good to Great by Jim Collins

Good to Great by Jim Collins, is a tour de force that deconstructs the S&P 500 to find those companies that are great. Then finds out why, and what they have in common! Pretty cool, should give us a template to replicate their success....... Not as simple as that of course, but what a great start.

Favourite bit for me is when they realise the key determinate is something that they can only describe as "servant leadership". Realising that Jesus also said that, they seem to twist and turn until they come up with "level 5 leadership". An absolute Hoot!

Still the best business book ever!
